Nuku Oura Ring 4 Giveaway — Official Rules
This English text is a translation. The Finnish version prevails in the event of any discrepancy. Finnish law governs this giveaway.
1. Organiser
The giveaway is organised by Sleep Better Oy (Business ID 3421917-4), Simonkatu 6 A, 00100 Helsinki, Finland (the "Organiser"). Nuku is a trade name/brand used by the Organiser. The Organiser may use service providers for technical work, the draw and prize fulfilment, but remains responsible for the giveaway as a whole.
The giveaway is not sponsored, administered or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or any other social media platform. Entrants provide their information to the Organiser, not to the platform.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to a natural person who, at the time of entry, is:
- at least 18 years old; and
- a resident of a European Union member country.
Employees of the Organiser and of any party directly involved in designing, administering or fulfilling the giveaway, and persons living in the same household as them, are not eligible.
The Organiser may require reasonable proof of an entrant's identity, age, residence and compliance with these rules.
3. Entry Period
Entries are accepted from 1 September 2026 at 00:00 to 30 September 2026 at 23:59 (Finnish time). Orders placed outside the entry period do not participate.
4. How to Enter
All persons who, during the entry period, place an order at getnuku.com that includes the product Nuku Sleep Nasal Strips ("Nuku Uninenäteippi") in any quantity are automatically entered. One order counts as one entry, regardless of the number of units purchased. No separate registration or code is required.
Entry does not require consent to direct marketing, writing a review, referring a friend or any other commercial action.
If an order is cancelled, returned or its payment is reversed (for example through a refund or exercise of the right of withdrawal), the entry generated by that order is void.
5. Prize
The prize is one (1) Oura Ring 4 smart ring, with a value of approximately EUR 265.30–379.00 depending on the configuration chosen by the winner.
The winner may choose the ring colour from the following options: Silver, Stealth or Gold. The ring size is determined together with the winner.
The prize does not include an Oura Membership or any other accessories or services. The winner is solely responsible for the Oura Membership and for all other ongoing costs relating to the use of the ring.
The prize is delivered to one street address provided by the winner within the European Union. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person. If the advertised prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the Organiser's control, the Organiser may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The Organiser pays any lottery tax (arpajaisvero) payable on the prize. Under section 2 of the Finnish Lottery Tax Act.
Oura Health Oy and its partners are not sponsors, administrators or endorsers of this giveaway. "Oura" and "Oura Ring" are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the prize.
6. Draw and Winner Notification
The winner is selected at random from all eligible entrants after the entry period ends. The winner will be notified no later than 7 October 2026.
The winner will be notified privately by email, at the email address the entrant provided in the payment details when placing the order.
The winner must respond to the notification within seven (7) days of the first notification being sent and provide the information needed to deliver the prize. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within the deadline, does not meet the eligibility conditions or declines the prize, the Organiser may draw a new winner under the same terms.
Entrants are advised to monitor the email account used, including spam and junk folders. The Organiser will never request payment or delivery charges to claim the prize.
7. Processing of Personal Data
The Organiser processes entrants' personal data to run the giveaway, contact the winner, deliver the prize, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Finnish Data Protection Act.
Entry does not require consent to direct marketing. Entrants have the right to request access to, rectification and erasure of their data, and to object to the use of their data for direct marketing. Further information is available in the Organiser's privacy notice at getnuku.com.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Organiser is not liable for damage caused by technical faults, lost or delayed orders or other causes beyond the Organiser's control, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. These rules do not limit any rights the entrant has under mandatory consumer protection law.
9. Other Terms
The Organiser may disqualify an entry if the entrant materially breaches these rules, uses multiple identities or otherwise acts fraudulently. For justified reasons, the Organiser may amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway if fraud, a technical fault or another event beyond its control jeopardises the proper conduct of the giveaway.
By entering, the entrant agrees to comply with these rules. These rules are governed by Finnish law. Any disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation; a consumer always has the right to refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board or to the court of their place of residence.
