How to use Nuku nasal strip?
Let our founder Saku show you:
- Wash and dry the skin on your nose.
- Bend the strip in the middle and remove the liners without touching the adhesive.
- Place the strip across the middle of your nose and press down both sides.
- Slide from the centre towards the edges and hold for a few seconds.

Is it safe to use?
Yes — when used as directed, the nasal strips are safe and can offer a range of benefits. The strips are made from a soft, hypoallergenic material that adheres gently to the skin without causing irritation. They're designed to stay in place all night, yet they're easy to remove in the morning.
Does the adhesive contain natural rubber (latex)?
No, it doesn't. The adhesive is made by Henkel. It's a medical-grade acrylic adhesive that contains no latex and is suitable for people with allergies.
Can I use the Nasal Strips together with a mouth splint?
Yes, you can. Many of our customers have actually stopped using their splints, because with the nasal strip their mouth stays closed on its own — so we'd recommend also trying to sleep without a splint while using the Sleep Nasal Strips.
Can the Sleep Nasal Strips help with sleep apnea?
While Nuku nasal strips may ease some symptoms of mild sleep apnea, such as snoring and nasal congestion, they are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you suspect you have sleep apnea, talk to your doctor about the most suitable form of treatment. The nasal strips can be used alongside other treatments.
How often can I use them?
You can use the Sleep Nasal Strips as often as you need to improve your nasal breathing and get better sleep. Many of our customers have made them part of their evening routine and use them every night.
Can I use different Nuku products at the same time?
Yes. The Sleep Nasal Strips can be used together with the Sleep Mouth Tape for more complete breathing and sleep support. Using both products together can offer even greater benefits for those who want to optimise their night-time breathing and improve their overall sleep quality and wellbeing.

Ordering, Shipping & Returns
What is the 30 day money back guarantee?
Simply, if you're not satisfied with our products, you're able to receive a refund and return the products to us. We'll happily use them ourselves!
You have the right to cancel the order by notifying us within 30 days of receiving the order. If you would like to return a product, please contact us using the instructions below.
We accept returns for opened product packages (i.e. Nasal strip package with 31 individual nasal strips) to ensure you can properly test our products to make sure they meet your expectations, but returns only apply to unused, intact and untouched products (nasal strips or mouth tapes).
For example: if you order a package of 31 nasal strips for the price of 29.99 euros (0.97 cents a piece) and you try 5 of them and return 26, we will refund the price of 26 nasal strips based on their individual price: a total of 25.15 euros (26 times 0.97 cents).
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Return the products to us within thirty (30) days of the cancellation notice at the latest. Since you are responsible for the return of the products, make sure that the products are well packed for the return shipment.
We will return the payments of the canceled order or refund using the same payment method you used when paying in the store.
We will also refund the shipping costs if the entire order is cancelled. If you cancel part of the order, we will charge a delivery fee, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.
How do I track my order?
We'll keep you up to date on your order by email. Upon ordering, you will receive an order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation shortly after. Click the included tracking link to see the current status of your package!
What is your return policy for online orders?
You have the right to cancel the order by notifying Sleep Better Oy within 30 days of receiving the order. If you would like to return a product, please contact us using the instructions below.

When will I receive my refund?
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How long does shipping take?
We move fast! Orders are typically delivered 4–5 business days after you place them. However, carriers may experience delays. In this case, please reach out to us with any questions.
My delivery was damaged
We never want anyone stuck with a damaged product. Please email help@getnuku.com, and our customer service team will be happy to help you.
My delivery was marked as delivered but never received
Oh no! It is possible for an order to be marked delivered and then arrive the next day. Regardless, please reach out to help@getnuku.com, and our customer service team will get this sorted out for you.
I need to change my shipping address, add an apartment number, etc.
If you notice this after your order is confirmed, please contact us at help@getnuku.com as soon as possible, and we'll get this fixed for you. However, once your item has shipped, we cannot change any shipping address details.
Subscriptions & Accounts
What are the terms of a subscription?
All subscriptions can be paused and canceled at any time. You can do this through your subscription portal or by contacting our team directly. However, if a recurring order has been shipped before your subscription is paused or canceled, your order can not be stopped. In this case, returning your order may be subject to a restocking fee as our return policy states.
How do I log in to my account?
To log in to your account, enter your email here, and you'll receive an email and SMS to log in to your account.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Your subscription may be paused at any time through your customer portal. Simply log in with your email or phone number. Next, navigate to the bottom of your profile and select “Cancel Subscription”. Please remember that you may also pause your subscription for a time period of your choosing! We can only guarantee the same pricing for active and paused subscriptions.
