Shipping policy

1. general

We deliver products all over the world. You can track the shipment with the code you can find in your order confirmation. The shipping costs of your order are always stated before the order is confirmed. Below you will find more information about delivery fees and estimated delivery times.

2. shipping fees

In the Nordic and Baltic countries, your order will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point. In other countries, shipments are mainly delivered to the address indicated in the order. 

 

In Finland, Posti, Budbee or Matkahuolto is responsible for transporting parcels. DHL or GLS is responsible for international shipments. Since the packages are transported by a third party, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

 

If you don't pick up the package in time, it will be returned to us. An undelivered package is not an order cancellation, so we will charge you the shipping and handling costs if the undelivered package is returned to us.

 

Sleep Better Oy is not responsible for delays or other damages caused by an insurmountable obstacle, such as a strike or transportation disruptions.

 

The destination country outside the EU may charge value added tax or customs duties. These are not included in the online store prices, but the buyer is responsible for them.

Return policy

1. general

You have the right to cancel the order by notifying Sleep Better Oy within 30 days of receiving the order. If you would like to return a product, please contact us using the instructions below.

 

Returns only apply to unused, intact and untouched products. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Return the products to us within thirty (30) days of the cancellation notice at the latest. Since you are responsible for the return of the products, make sure that the products are well packed for the return shipment.

 

We will return the payments of the canceled order or refund using the same payment method you used when paying in the store. 

 

We will also refund the shipping costs if the entire order is cancelled. If you cancel part of the order, we will charge a delivery fee, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.

2. cancellation of order:

Please contact us at help@getnuku.com within 30 days of receiving your order. 

 

If the product is damaged, incorrect or defective, please attach a clear picture of the product and its packaging to the email. 

 

Also include 1) the delivery order number, 2) your name and contact information, and 3) a breakdown of the products to be returned. We will reply with further instructions.

 

Keep the shipping receipt for at least three months. Otherwise, we take no responsibility if the return package is lost during delivery.

2. damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

In cases of errors, the merchant primarily has the right to correct the error. If the error cannot be corrected, the merchant has the right to cancel the order.

 

Read the product description carefully. The store can reject the complaint if it turns out that you bought the product without reading the product description carefully.

3. exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. european union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
