In the Nordic and Baltic countries, your order will be primarily delivered to your mailbox or if the package is too big to fit in your letterbox, left behind your door or the nearest pick-up point. In other countries, shipments are mainly delivered to the address indicated in the order.
In Finland, Posti, Budbee, Postnord or Matkahuolto is responsible for transporting parcels. DHL, Postnord or GLS is responsible for international shipments. Since the packages are transported by a third party, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
If the package is delivered to a pick-up point and you don't pick up the package in time, it will be returned to us. An undelivered package is not an order cancellation, so we will charge you the shipping and handling costs if the undelivered package is returned to us.
Sleep Better Oy is not responsible for delays or other damages caused by an insurmountable obstacle, such as a strike or transportation disruptions.
The destination country outside the EU may charge value added tax or customs duties. These are not included in the online store prices, but the buyer is responsible for them.
