A key to better recovery
I wasn’t familiar with the concept before, but when I tried the nose strip for the first time… a real wow-experience. I felt the air flowing better than EVER, and didn’t understand breathing could feel so good. Since then I have used the Nuku nose strips multiple times, usually when sleeping. I have noticed I feel way more recovered when waking up and more ready for the day.
The mouth tape I have tested only once. Before testing I was doubtful if anyone can really enjoy sleeping with their mouth taped. But after testing, I have to say: surprisingly comfy experience. The tape is flexible and letting a little air through. Also easy to put on and take off. I’ve understood taping your mouth, combined with the nose strips, are the key to even better recovery. Definitely going to try again!

I tested the nose tapes
I tested the nose tapes. I have some problems breathing through nose and I snore a lot. Item and idea is brilliant, but it didn’t stick to my nose for more than 2-5 hours even though I used the product according to the instructions. When used I could breath a lot easier and I fell asleep faster than usual. (Normal 0.5-1h, with these like 10mins) Customer support was brilliant and they took this matter seriously to improve their product. I still want to test the product when the new version comes available.

I am a hockey player and broke my nose
I am a hockey player and broke my nose a few years ago, I tried Nuku and it helped open up my airways and sleep better. Along with that, I have tried it while training and it has helped my breath work tremendously. Since using the product, I don’t find myself waking up in the middle of the night.
