1. Clean and Dry: Ensure the bridge of your nose is clean and free from oils or moisturizers for optimal adhesion.
2. Peel and Position: Gently remove the nasal strip from its backing. Position it across the bridge of your nose, just above where your nostrils begin to flare.
3. Press to Secure: Using your fingertips, press down firmly along the entire strip, especially at the edges, to ensure a good seal.
4. Breathe Freely: Enjoy improved nasal breathing, better performance and new personal bests.
5. Remove Gently: After activity, starting from the edges, slowly peel off the strip.
If needed, use warm water to help loosen the adhesive.
