This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed by consumers through the getnuku.com online store.

Product prices include applicable value added tax unless otherwise stated. The terms in force at the time the order is placed apply to the customer’s order.
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer. The confirmation will include the products ordered, their prices and the selected delivery method.
If an order is affected by an obvious pricing, inventory or technical error, we will contact the customer. Where necessary, the order may be cancelled and all payments made by the customer will be refunded.

Delivery area
We deliver products to Finland and to the EU countries available for selection at checkout.
We deliver outside the European Union only where the relevant destination country can be selected at checkout.
All available delivery methods, delivery charges and any free-shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout before payment. Not all delivery methods may be available for every address.
Order processing
We normally dispatch orders on the next business day after the order has been placed.
Weekends, public holidays, promotional campaigns and unusually high order volumes may extend the processing time.
🇫🇮 Delivery methods in Finland
Budbee Box – parcel locker
Estimated delivery time: approximately 3–6 business days
The parcel will be delivered to the Budbee parcel locker selected by the customer. The customer will receive a notification when the parcel is ready for collection.
Posti Small Parcel – mailbox or door delivery
Estimated delivery time: approximately 2–6 business days
The parcel will primarily be delivered to the customer’s mailbox or by another delivery method determined by Posti. If the parcel does not fit in the mailbox or cannot be delivered, it may be redirected to a nearby collection point.
Posti Parcel – collection point or parcel locker
Estimated delivery time: approximately 1–3 business days
The customer will receive a notification when the parcel is ready for collection.
The carrier may redirect the parcel to another nearby collection point due to parcel-locker capacity, parcel size or other operational reasons.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery deadlines.
📦 Uncollected parcels
The carrier will store a parcel delivered to a collection point or parcel locker for the storage period specified by the carrier. The customer is responsible for monitoring collection notifications and collecting the parcel within the stated period.
Failure to collect a parcel does not by itself constitute cancellation of the order. The customer must notify us separately if they wish to cancel the order.
If an uncollected parcel is returned to us, the return and handling fee is EUR 13.92, including value added tax. This fee currently corresponds to the return charge imposed by the carrier and the return-handling charge imposed by our fulfilment provider.
Any change to this fee will apply only to orders placed after the change takes effect.
If an uncollected parcel is returned to us, the customer may choose one of the following options:
1. Reshipment
We can send the order again. The customer will be charged:
- the EUR 13.92 return and handling fee for the uncollected parcel; and
- the delivery charge for the new shipment according to the prices displayed at checkout.
2. Cancellation and refund
The customer may notify us that they wish to cancel the order.
We will refund the payments made for the order in accordance with the Refunds section of this Policy. The EUR 13.92 return and handling fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
The charges relating to uncollected parcels do not limit any mandatory statutory consumer rights.
🌍 Deliveries outside Finland
The estimated delivery time to EU countries outside Finland is approximately 3–10 business days.
International shipments may be carried by DHL, GLS, PostNord or a local delivery provider. The carrier used depends on the destination country and the delivery method selected at checkout.
As shipping is performed by a third-party carrier, all stated delivery times are estimates.
🌎 Deliveries outside the European Union
For deliveries outside the European Union, the destination country may impose value added tax, customs duties, handling charges or other governmental charges.
These charges are not included in the price charged by the online store unless expressly stated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any charges imposed in the destination country.
⚠️ Delivery delays
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
- strikes;
- serious transport disruptions;
- governmental actions;
- natural events; or
- other comparable and unforeseeable circumstances.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights.
⚖️ Disputes and applicable law
These terms are governed by Finnish law.
This choice of law does not deprive the customer of any mandatory consumer protection rights available under the laws of the customer’s country of residence.
If a dispute cannot be resolved with our customer service team, a consumer residing in Finland may contact the Consumer Advisory Services of the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority.
The consumer may subsequently refer the matter to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. Before referring a matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer should first contact the Consumer Advisory Services.
