2. Peel and Position:

Nasal Strip: Gently remove the strip from its backing. Position it across the bridge of your nose, just above where your nostrils begin to flare.

Mouth Tape: Carefully peel the tape from its backing. Position it horizontally across your lips.

 

3. Press to Secure: Using your fingertips, press down firmly along the entire strip and tape, especially at the edges, to ensure a good seal.

    Ihan toimivat.

    Oli hyvinkin toimivat tuotteet. Nenäteippi lähti yön aikana mutta avasi hyvin kyllä hengitystä. Suuteippi oli vähän hullu ajatus aluksi mutta kokeilin kuitenkin ja osoittautui ihan toimivaksi.
